Shipping policy

Processing - Once your order has been placed we prepare it to be sent within 2 working days and ship via Royal Mail. You should receive your order within 5 working days of placing it. If you have not received it, please get in touch to let us know: hello@serozerowaste.co.uk.  Your order may require someone present at the delivery address to receive it. If you have any questions about delivery or special requirements, please do contact us to discuss.

Packing materials - All packaging used is 100% recyclable, compostable, and plastic free. We are also more than happy for you to send back our packaging for us to add to our compost or recycle.
